Delivery Process

Where do you deliver to?

We currently accept orders for delivery to residences within the following zip codes: 97003, 97005, 97006, 97007, 97008, 97078, 97223, 97225, 97229

Can you delivery to my business, hotel, motel or dormitory?

We restricted from doing so at this time. Current regulations only allow us to deliver to dwellings such as a house or apartment. For more information see OLCC regulation 845-025-2880(1)

Is there a minimum purchase required?

Yes, we currently require a $25 (pre-tax) minimum purchase.

When can I expect my order?

Express Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 30 minutes to 2 hours after the order has been confirmed by our dispatch staff, depending on how busy our drivers are and how far they're currently located from your address.

Scheduled Orders: Orders should arrive within the 2.5 hour timeframe that you select. If you are unavailable to accept the order during the time that you select, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to be present when your order arrives may result in order cancellation and your ability to place future orders may be restricted.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Diem Cannabis - Beaverton currently accepts Stronghold or Cash.

Stronghold uses ACH (bank-to-bank) and is the most convenient way to pay! Simply select Stronghold at checkout, select your bank, securely login in, select your primary fund source (checking/savings), and you're good to go!

Also, after your Stronghold order has been submitted, you can go back into your customer profile page, find the order you've placed, and add a gratuity through Stronghold too!

Does your menu include tax in prices?

No, for recreational cannabis purchases, a tax of 20% (17% State Tax + 3% City Tax) will be calculated and added to your order total after items are added to cart.

Do you offer discounts for veterans?

Yes we do! Veterans can enjoy 15% off regularly priced items when they apply the coupon code SALUTE15 at checkout. We only require that veterans share proof of service with our dispatcher. Please note that the discount does not combine with weekly deals, special priced items, and other offers.

What counts as valid identification?

Under Oregon Law only the following forms of identification are acceptable alone as proof of age when purchasing or acquiring marijuana* items:

  • An unexpired and unaltered U.S. state or District of Columbia driver license.
  • An unexpired and unaltered identification card issued by a U.S. state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, or American Samoa, with photo, name, date of birth, and physical description.
  • An unexpired and unaltered ID card issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe with photo, name, and date of birth.
  • An unexpired and unaltered passport or passport card.
  • An unexpired and unaltered U.S. military ID card.
  • An unexpired and unaltered NEXUS or SENTRI card.

*A marijuana retailer may require an ID from a person in addition to what is listed above only if the ID is the person’s registry identification card as defined in ORS 475B.791. ORS 475B.216, 475B.220, and OAR 845-025-2820(1)

Only the identification listed above is acceptable alone as proof of age. Following are examples of identification that ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE ALONE as proof of age:

  • Green card
  • FAST card
  • Prison ID card
  • Gun or Firearms permit, including a permit which allows the carrier to carry a weapon in public in a concealed manner
  • IDNYC card (New York City Identification card)
  • Social Security card
  • Pilot’s license
  • Veteran Health Identification card
  • Student ID cards

Stronghold Payments

What is Stronghold Prepayment?

Stronghold Mobile Prepayment is a digital payment solution that provides a convenient way to securely pay for online pickup or delivery orders.

How do I pay for my order using Mobile Prepayment?

Place an order through our online menu, select "Pay Online Now", then securely log in with your banking credentials and pay!

Do I have to enter my banking information every time I pay?

Nope! Your information is securely stored in your account, so while you will need to log-in to your account each time you purchase for security reasons, you won’t need to complete the full sign-up process after your first transaction!

Do I need to download an app?

No, Online Prepayment transactions do not require any mobile application to be used.

Is my information secure?

Yes, your banking information is encrypted and tokenized for safety and security. Your banking details are not accessible by Diem Cannabis.

Is there a fee for using Mobile Prepayment?

A $2.99 flat convenience fee will automatically be applied to your order.

How Is the transaction processed?

Prepayments via Stronghold run on the ACH network. ACH payments are electronic bank-to-bank payments that allow a merchant to debit directly from your account once you approve the transaction. This is a secure transaction and one that ensures that you have the final approval on all transactions.

Should I expect any additional bank fees for using Online Prepayment?

No, there are no additional bank fees.

How does the transaction appear on my statement?

You will see Diem Cannabis on your bank statement.

Return Policy

Diem strives to offer nothing less than the best customer service in the industry. By curating memorable retail experiences and going above and beyond for our guests, we will sustain our business and positively impact the world. We are here to serve. As such, Diem has a 100% Return or Replacement Guarantee on all of its products. If a customer is ever unsatisfied with their product for any reason, our Budtenders will happily process a return or replacement product for you.

With that being said, there are several rules that we must follow when making returns:

  • We must be able to find the original transaction records in our system.
  • The transaction must have taken place within 48 hours from when the return is being requested.
  • The customer returning the product must be the member who originally purchased the product and whose name is on the account the receipt is under.
  • The customer must present their valid government ID for age and identification verification. See ID Guide for reference.
  • The product must be in or accompanied by the original packaging.
  • Product exchanges must be for a product of the same price.
