Who we are and what this covers
Diem Cannabis operates two licensed Massachusetts cannabis dispensaries — Diem Worcester (CCC License MR282376) and Diem Lynn (CCC License MR283369) — and the marketing site at hellodiem.com. This policy covers data we collect through hellodiem.com only.
Our principal mailing address is 74 Grafton St, Worcester, MA 01604.

What we don't do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- We don’t combine your hellodiem.com browsing with in-store purchase data.

Do Not Track
We honor the DNTbrowser header. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we don’t initialize Google Analytics for your session.

Children
We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 21, and the site is age-gated before any cannabis content loads. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us data, email privacy@hellodiem.com and we will delete it.

Data retention
- Age-gate cookies expire as listed above (30 days and 90 days).
- Google Analytics retains anonymized event data for up to 14 months by default.
- Diem Rewards data is retained per Alpine IQ’s policy for as long as you remain a member; deletion requests can be sent to privacy@hellodiem.com.

Security
We host hellodiem.com on Vercel and serve it over HTTPS. No website is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by Massachusetts law.

Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing communications — email privacy@hellodiem.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you live in a state with additional privacy rights (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others), the same email gets you those rights too.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be posted here.
