Show night in downtown Lynn
Lynn Memorial Auditorium sits inside Lynn City Hall at 3 City Hall Square, an Art Deco building from the late 1940s with just over 2,000 seats. It books a steady mix of touring concerts, stand-up comedy, tribute acts, and holiday shows. Check the venue's official schedule for dates and tickets.

Getting from the Auditorium to Diem Lynn
We're at 211 Lewis St, on Route 1A across from the 7-Eleven, near the Swampscott line.
By car
From City Hall Square, head east through downtown to Broad Street, which turns into Lewis Street. It's a few minutes' drive outside of rush hour. We have a dedicated on-site lot. The easiest way in is via Chestnut Street.
By Commuter Rail
Coming up from Boston? Take the Newburyport/Rockport Line from North Station to Lynn station on Broad Street. It's a short walk from there to City Hall Square. Diem sits between the Lynn and Swampscott stops, about 0.8 miles from Lynn station, so it's a 15-minute walk or a quick rideshare. Check the MBTA schedule for the last train home before the show starts.

Tell your driver 211 Lewis St, Lynn. It's an easy pickup spot, and a lot less hectic than the curb outside a sold-out show.
Before the show or after?
- After the show: We're open until 11pm every night. If your show lets out in time, order ahead and your order will be ready when you get here.
- Before the show: Stop by on your way into town, then keep your purchase sealed in its original packaging in the trunk. Don't bring cannabis into the venue.
- On a different day: Plenty of people just swing by earlier in the week so show night stays simple.
Orders are usually ready in 10–15 minutes, so ordering ahead is the easiest way to keep your evening on schedule.
Parking on show nights
Downtown lots fill up when the Auditorium has a big show. A few tips:
- Give yourself extra time. Arriving early beats circling the block while the opening act starts.
- Check the venue's website for parking info before you go.
- Consider the train. The MBTA garage at Lynn station is within walking distance of City Hall Square, and riding the Commuter Rail skips parking altogether.
Before you shop
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. You need to be 21 or older. Out-of-state visitors are welcome.
- Payment: debit, cash, or DutchiePay. There's an ATM on site.

Know the rules
Massachusetts has a few rules worth knowing before show night:
- No public consumption. That includes the Auditorium, its parking lots, sidewalks, and parks. Enjoy at a private residence.
- Keep it sealed in the car. Cannabis in a vehicle should be in its original sealed packaging or in the trunk. Never consume in a car, and never drive high.
- Plan your ride home. If you're going to consume later, make sure you're already home for the night.
- It stays in Massachusetts. Taking cannabis across state lines is illegal, even to another legal state.
